LIMONLU DONDURMA (Lemon Icecream)


Ingredients:


1- Place sugar and lemon rind in saucepan and stir until sugar takes on the colour of the lemon rind.
2- Pour the water over the sugar and mix thoroughly until sugar is dissolved.
3- Strain liquid through fine sieve. Pour lemon juice through the sieve also.
4- Place mixture in pan and freeze, occasionally removing to mix through.
