KADINBUDU KOFTE ( Woman's Thighs Kofte)


Ingredients:


1- Place 2/3 of mince, chopped onions and 1 tablespoon oil in frying pan. Saute until browned and juices have evaporated.
2- Boil rice until soft.
3- Remove mince from heat and add remaining meat, rice, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and 1 egg. Mix well.
4- Take large walnut sized pieces of mixture and roll in palm of hand, press into patties.
5- Coat patties in bread crumbs, dip into egg mixutre and shallow fry in oil until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and serve with french fries.
