1- Lightly warm bread under grill. Cut into small pieces, approximately 2-3 cm, and arrange
on serving platter.
2- Melt 2 tablespoons of margarine and pour over pieces of bread.
3- Thread meat on skewers and cook over coal barbeque.
4- Remove meat from skewers and arrange over bread.
5- In a small saucepan, melt remaining margarine. Add peeled and finely chopped tomatoes.
Cook until soft and puree tomatoes with a hand blender.
6- Pour sauce over meat and bread.
7- Whisk yoghurt and pour on top of dish. Serve immediately.
