1- Shell peas and wash under cold water.
Ingredients:
2- Fry diced lamb, onions and peppers in margarine or oil.
3- Add tomatoes and cook lightly.
4- Add peas, salt and enough hot water to slightly cover meat and vegetables.
5- Cook on medium heat until meat and vegetables become tender. Dish should retain an
adequate amount of juices. Serve hot with rice or on its own.
