Midye Tava (Fried Mussels)


Ingredients:


1- Clean mussels and remove fibres around edges.
2- Remove excess water with paper towel.
3- Lightly flour mussels.
4- Heat oil.
5- Fry mussels. Drain on absorbent paper.
6- While hot, sprinkle with salt. Arrange on platter with lemon wedges. Serve.
