Kilic Sis (Sword Fish on Skewers)
- 750 grams sword fish
- 20 grams salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon onion juice
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 12 bay leaves
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 60 ml olive oil
1- Cut fish into small pieces. Add lemon juice, oil, onion juice, salt, pepper
and bay leaves. Mix and allow to rest for 5 hours.
2- Place fish pieces on skewers. Barbeque for 5 minutes, brushing marinade over
