LITTLE GREBE
(Tachybaptus Ruficollis - Kucuk Batagan)

Little grebes live around the brooks and the lakes. They make their nests inside the piles of water plants. Little grebe carries its young on its back. They make a sound, resembling a high pitched laugh.
It is a 29 cms long water bird.
