PALLAS'S SAND GROUSE
They are found in arid and semi-arid areas in the central, southeastern and eastern regions of Turkey all year long.
They come to the banks of fresh water reservoirs during the morning and evening hours in large numbers for drinking water.
It is a 34 cms long bird with a sharp edged tail, white feathers under the wings and a black stomach
