CALANDRA LARK
They live in arid areas, steppes and open fields. Their natural diet chiefly consists of plant seeds. Calandra larks make their nests on the ground.
They are easily distinguished from the other larks with black spots on their throats and white stripes on the wings.
It is an approximately 20 cms long bird.
