PEREGRINE
The Peregrine is found in forests and open cliff areas. It is an extremely fast flying bird. It hovers high in the air and makes a sudden dive for its prey such as pigeons and partridges. Due to large amounts of agricultural pesticides, it faces extinction.
It is 41 to 51 cms long.
