In Alsace you have Kintzheim, with its mountain of monkeys and
the eagle "volerie" (hunt by eagles), and in Franche
Comte you have the toy museum in Moirans.
Lorraine offers you the Parc Walibi-Schtroumpf, another favourite with the children.
In Burgundy, stop off on the A6 motorway and visit the Archeodrome,
an exciting reconstruction of the life of the first inhabitants
of this region; if this theme interests you, you should also visit
the museum of prehistory in Solutre and see the gallo-roman exhibitions
in Autun. Take the railway in Vivarais; there are real steam engines
and wooden carriages, a real hit with the children.
